Foam granule making machine is one of the necessary equipment for recycling and granulating waste plastic EPE/EPS/XPS foam such as: foam snack boxes, cake boxes, foam packaging boxes, insulation materials and foam materials.Obsolete white pollution waste and other waste plastic products are crushed into small pieces, and the crushed foam particles are blown into the foam recovery machine for recycling and granulation at the same time as the crushing.The foam granule production line is mainly composed of foam crusher, foam granule making machine,cooling machine and granules cutting machine.

Features

1.The whole equipment is equipped with a complete temperature control system, which fully guarantees the transparency and color of the granules. 2. The main and auxiliary machines adopt a dual gearbox design, which is more power-saving and durable, and also reduces the trouble of the entire maintenance. The spiral has been specially treated to be more durable. 3.The non-stop screen changer head adopts carbon steel internal heating die head, which completely solves the problem of material leakage in the head. 4.This production line adopts the mechanical connection design, the whole production line automates the operation and save labor.
